Information Of 12v/24v Fuel Dispenser:

1. Not suitable for refueling gasoline, alcohol, liquefied gas and high-viscosity engine oil with low ignition point.

2. Before use, check whether the power supply matches the voltage of the oil pump.

3. The DC oil pump power supply is divided into <+) and (-) poles, and the red line is the positive pole, otherwise the oil pump will reverse and the oil will be discharged.

4. The oil inlet and outlet tubes are shown by arrows, and the oil inlet tube and joints must not leak to ensure suction stroke.

5. Remember to install a matching filter screen in the oil inlet pipe to prevent solid debris from sucking into the pump cavity and damaging the pump core. The blades should always remove dust on the surface of the filter screen. Failure to do so will block the filter screen, reduce flow and damage the pump.

6. The oil pump can work continuously, oil-free idling should not exceed 5 minutes, avoid damaging the pump core, oil seals and vanes due to friction and heating.

7. After the oil pump has been running for 500 hours, you should ask a professional for maintenance.
